Brew5 Taste Attempt

http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f35/coors-disposable-keg-party-pig-127302/index14.html#post2229774

Bought a non threaded 16g Genuine Innovations CO2 cartridge from local bike shop

Put the CO2 cart into the cart holder and screwed it in to the upright draft bottle. It snapped in and seemed OK for about 3 seconds when the tap started spraying liquid CO2. The spray stopped after a couple seconds. I tilted the bottle to horizontal and poured off 10 oz of foam. It separated out into a couple oz of liquid with some floaters.

Unfortunately, the brew had some pretty strong grassy/barnyard aromas. I did not taste but dumped.

Pulled a couple more 12 oz pours of foam and floaters and dumped them.

Found the above post on homebrewtalk and realized I did quite a bit wrong. First I should chill the bottle. Then I should make sure it's horizontal before putting in the CO2. Probably should also keep it horizontal to let the trub settle down, also.
