90% Right IPA - alcohol is decent, could be higher and mustiness shouldn't be there (my guess is contamination from one of the plastic bottles -- can't remember if I sanitized the 40 oz bottle; didn't sanitize the 16oz bottle for holding drinking beer and let it sit in the fridge for over a day)
