Brew6 Tasting

Put the bottle in the fridge at 5pm.
Opened the tap at 10:30pm and the beer was foamy but more beer came out than the rye. Chilling is good.
Put the Leland gas 16 oz CO2 cart in the bottle while the bottle was horizontal and it sprayed out CO2. Pouring out another pint caused half foam and some cart noise.

Next time: add some aluminum foil on top of the cartridge and pour a couple pints before adding cartridge.

ABV: ~7.5%
IBUs (calculated): 105

Aroma: Strong citrus, passion fruit, slight cider, very slight barnyard
Hops: Definite pine flavor
Yeast: medium/wheaty
Texture: liquid,oily, unfiltered
Finish: dry, lingering wheaties
Duration: long (minutes)
Fairly bitter

Overall:7

Decent for drinking, passion fruit citrus smell is welcoming
Cascade, citra balance slightly out of alignment (too much Cascade) as well as too much bitterness for wheat
