Equipment: Boil pot (8qt), jars (1 ~48oz, 3 10 oz)
Yeast Washing:
- Boil jars for 20 mins
- Cap boiled water in jars
- Put jars in freezer to cool
- In reality, put the jars in water bath. Changed water a couple times. Took about half hour to cool.
- Add water to fermenter
- Rack yeast water to large jar
- Let yeast water settle 20 mins
- Divide top of yeast water among jars
