Equipment: Mash tun, Lauter tun, Hydrometer, Thermometer, ruler

Recipe:

Calcium ...... acid

Steps:

1. Prepare Mash tun
2. Prepare strike water. Add salts. Using ratio ___ qt/lb, ___ qts water to ___  F
3. Temper in grains with strike water

5. Stir mash every 15 mins
